I was deathly afraid to order because of horror stories I’ve seen but they are legit. When unboxing I got nervous but all the parts were there, the instructions were simple and after sitting on it to try it out it was wobbly so I tighten all screws more. I’m 350lb and it holds me fine, very comfy!!!

Packaged well, no damage. VERY easy to assemble, instructions simple (w/pics), tool included & all pieces clearly labeled. I deducted one star because the seat padding is not as thick as I would've hoped and the foot rest is hard to slide in/out. Overall, a fairly sturdy/comfy chair for the price!
