Why isn't it cooling? How can I fix it?

1. Ensure the "Cooling" mode is on. The water will begin circulating and cooling after a few minutes (the water tank needs to be full).

2. You can place some ice packs on top for better cooling.

Why is it leaking? How can I fix it?

1. If connected to a garden hose, ensure the hose connection is secure.

2. Ensure the water level in the tank does not exceed the maximum level.

3. Ensure the chiller is placed upright on a flat, level surface.

Why isn't the water pump working properly?

This may be due to insufficient water pressure, preventing complete pumping of water. Try adding water to the maximum level, turning on the cooling mode, and gently pushing the machine back and forth to help the pump release air.

What's the difference between an evaporative chiller, an air conditioner, and a fan?

An evaporative chiller uses water and a fan to cool the surrounding air. Unlike an air conditioner, it doesn't use refrigerant to remove heat and moisture. It's more energy-efficient than an air conditioner and cooler than a fan.

Can the cooling pad be removed for cleaning? Yes, the thermal pad is removable. Unscrew the back panel, remove the thermal pad, and rinse it clean. Let it dry, then reassemble it and reconnect the power.
