Customer Service with TikTok and Revenge is horrible! I bought two cars…. One was good but the other one had something bent I believe upfront because once we drove it not more than a quarter of an acre, the front end and back tire came apart. I tried returning it within 30 days but had to dispute constantly. When I finally got a return label it was for two cars with wrong weight and I found out after the timing that USPS can’t ship it out. TikTok said I would have to pay for me to ship it out on my own y UPS or Fed Ex. revenge is saying they can’t send me parts to fix it or send replacement.
