Came package well, and fast, ordered on a Saturday, delivered Wednesday. Received all parts, no damages, however, I was told by the seller during her live, You dnt have to drain water in A/C mode. Instructions, tell You to drain it once the reservoir fills. Not clear on which modes you have to drain the unit. I've only had it 1 day, haven't had to drain it yet. Other then that, easy set up, cools quickly, and keeps it cool. noise level is moderate, currently using in master bedroom. Removal of window screen not necessary. Sorry pics loaded in landscape..

Received it fast less than a week ,simple to install less than 5 minutes,supper cold my room 9 feet high and 20 feet deep not so loud and small and effected so happy I even started to decorate it , will be needing another two thank you 🙌✨🫰💯🥰

I absolutely love this ac unit. For some reason the ac in my room would barely work and of course it was the hottest room in the house. Sometimes getting to 90 degrees but the ac lets me get it down to 62 🥹. It took like 5 minutes to set up and isn’t super loud.

This AC Is AMAZING!! Honestly My House AC Does Ok, Either Some Spots Are Too Cold But With This One, Some Way Some How It Completely Takes Off The Hot Air And The Cold Breeze Blows Out! I Would HIGHLY Recommend It! I Have The 10,000 BTU One 🤘🏻
