I love the shoes that I bought for my French bulldog Zeus, the first pair I ordered were to large, I reached out to customer service and they sent me a smaller pair with no charge. If you order the wrong size Spark paws will swap it once for free and you don’t have to send the item back that was ordered, very friendly service and was very quick with their response to your questions or concerns!! Will be ordering from them again.

The first set of boots i order was too big, but SparkPaws customer service team was amazing and immediately sent me a new one free of charge without even requesting the first set back! And the new set is perfect on my dog! BTW - quality is great and despite the huge paddles she's getting into, my dog's paws are perfectly dry when I remove her booties

I really like these for my dog! She adapted to them pretty quickly & they mostly stay on pretty well. Running through the snow might cause one or two to slip down but they usually won't fall off completely, so I can adjust them before they totally fall off.

The first boots i got were too small. But they send me a size bigger for free and i got to keep the smaller ones. Wich i donated. My dog still has to get used to the boots. But we are getting there. One step at a time. 🤣

These are so great! We live in a filthy city, travel to the desert as well as the snowy mountains and I’ve been looking for a boot that fits all of these needs. These boots are super easy to put on and after a little bit of trial, they stay on! (They need to be pulled pretty tight to stay) they kept my dogs feet from getting sharp prickles in them in the desert and they kept them clean at the muddy park. I haven’t tried them in the snow yet, but I’m sure they’ll do the trick. My only issue is that a part of the soul has started coming away from the shoe in my big dogs boot, but I’m just gonna put a little superglue on it and I think it’ll be fine.

About Customer Service: We had troubles with the first shipping because (my fault) I didn't write the street number, so the package was not delivered and went back. Client service was always present and very helpful, and they sent it back as soon as they received it back. This time the carrier delivered it to a different city, so I called them again and they sent immediately a replacement shipment which got here in about 10 days (to Italy). All the time very supportive and responsive, I must thank Chesca at Customer Support who did a really great job going out of her way to help. About the boots: they fit well, we bought a size 3 for a West Highland White Terrier. They are made in the shape of a sock, so they slip in and up very smoothly, while the ususal shoes are not as flexible. It takes just a minute to put all the 4 on. We went on a long hike on the snow, about 15 kms, only once did he loose one boot because the ascent was very steep and he really had to scratch and dig in the snow with his paws to climb his way up. I am really satisfied, I hope they last long.

I purchased the boots. We live in northern Maine where there is a lot of cold weather and snow. My dogs have to put these boots on 4 times a day. I am really impressed with the stitch quality and the sole construction. My only complaint is the quality of the velcro straps. They don't adhere quite as well as they did when new and I have had them 2 months. The proportion of the bristly side versus the soft adhering side should be adjusted about 3/8". I love the boots and bought a spare 3rd pair in case of any mishap because these are not optional where I live--the dogs MUST have protection.

It gives good grips and last longer than any other shoe. It is much better than any other shoe out in the market. I tried canada pooch and other brands. But this shoe has the most affordable price, perfect quality.

We go hiking often, and all winter long! Wanted boots that would protect my dogs feet from rough icy ground. Tested them out in the snow for a good hour and his feet were warm and dry when I took them off and he adjusted to them quickly! They fit great and seem like they’ll definitely stay in place, can’t wait to try them hiking

These boots will be great for winter and rainy days! There is a good grip on the bottom of the boots and may also be good for hiking. These fit right over Thanos’s dew claws. There are adjustable straps and also a pull string to adjust around the legs.
