Looks really cute on my GSD mix girl!! She was kind of between the sizes, we went with the bigger 3XL and overall a good fit, just a little loose and slides down to her tail base a bit. We used this after she had surgery so she couldn't reach the stitches on leg - definitely lot more comfortable than having to wear a cone! And she appears calmer overall when she is wearing the pajamas.
