I received my order and one of the bottles was broken and had spilled all over the box - I contacted the company and they won’t send me a replacement for the one bottle ! They offered a $15 coupon for a future purchase within 60 days. - which isn’t enough time for me to need to use it. Returning!

Won’t let me give it no stars 2 bottles came broken 1 bottom sliced right off the packed all stained and smelling like perfumes the 2nd 1/2 empty I picked it up it broke in two cutting me the 2nd time. 2 others not all the way full the company won’t refund the post office won’t take them back

I ordered the full size discovery set and i’m missing the floral marshmallow. I only received 9 scents and as you can see the package label only has 9 scents printed anyway. edit- i saw a lot of people with my issue but i just checked the mail and the last one came a couple days later!! 10/10

These smell VERY good. However, my discovery set had 4 duplicates. When I contacted dossier, they pretty much said they couldn’t do anything. I would just have to return what I got and reorder, they could not send the 4 missing scents or issue me a new 10 pc set. Take your chances I guess..

Incredibly poorly packaged - the single sheet of brown paper is not nearly enough to cushion the perfume during shipping - I had 1 come completely shattered, with 2 having large chips and cracks and 1 with the atomizer completely loose and there’s glass shards all over the package - so disappointing

This set is amazing! First off it comes with larger than normal size samples and it’s like being able to carry your favorite around and change them daily while your purse doesn’t feel a thing. So far I have smelled floral marshmallow, ambers vanilla and fruity almond. All smell amazing.
