I wasn't sure about this one. Jocko's products are good, however I doubted this one. It took me quite a while to finally try it. Wish I would have tried sooner. It helps me at work stay focused, I don't have to run for the coffee, NO crash! This was my experience, everyone is different. It is now on my subscription.

I put a jar of this in my desk at work. I take it late morning when I am coming down off of my morning caffeine. It gives me a really good boost of energy, but it’s clean energy with focus and clarity. Love this stuff!

Look, I’m no doctor, so I can’t tell you to quit your meds for this stuff, but I can tell you I am. I have been on and off stimulants for almost 30 years to manage my brain in certain settings and when I couldn’t get my meds due to a shortage, I tried this. It is AMAZING! I get clean focus without being too hyperfocused and I don’t get the rebound effect when it wears off. I don’t lose my appetite, so I can keep my calories up to support my workouts. When I was struggling with cognitive effects of a mild concussion I even found this helpful to get through my day and feel better! Is this a miracle supplement? Maybe. At least for me. I hope Jocko never changes this formula or discontinues this product because I absolutely love it.
