Bought this for my father you has age related sleep issues. He was previously on a prescribed sleep aid and needed to get off. After some terrible nights, I ordered Good Night for him. I haven't slept well in several years. I've tried a variety of products, CBD, Melatonin, etc. . . Some worked, but not consistently. This Good Night 2. 0 helps me fall asleep fast, actually I can feel myself winding down and drifting off after 30 minutes or so. Then, I'm able to sleep well through the night. If I get up to use the bathroom, I'm able to fall bask asleep immediately. Great product!
