The one improvement that could be made would be to fill or flatten the inside of the cap. Fluid will occasionally linger in the cap and drop onto you if you’re not careful.

I've been religiously using the Helimix Virtex cups for my protein for the past 4 to 5 years, and still stand by them (no insert, large capacity) but have had issues with the lid flap losing its "snap", which is a literal recipe for disaster. Been using the Jocko shaker for a few months and have loved the results so far! We'll see if it stands the test of time, but for now it gets my full support.

It works. It sure what else to say about it. Will say I stopped buying direct, it’s less expensive to buy through a retailer, which to me is crazy. Love the products but not paying extra just to pay extra.

Good cup. Mixes well and easy to clean. Can leak a little when mixing if the lid isn’t cranked down as tight as possible. I recently bought more so I can pre-mix a bottle for Greens and Hydrate.
