One pill a day for DIM 400 mg which is extra strength. I started taking it because I'm constantly getting hot flashes. I'd say this probably halved the amount I have in a day. Will continue to take them.

I don’t know a lot about vitamins but these seem like they have good ingredients and would be a good supplement. It is tough to speak on the effectiveness as I just started taking them, but it would be great to balance my hormones. The taste and scent is a little funky and they are big so a little hard to swallow.

I’m glad I waited some time to review these, because at first, I didn’t notice anything different when I took one versus when I didn’t, but the more days I took one, the more data I could collect. I’m 47 years old. The days I take one, my mood is stable. It’s not necessarily normally unstable, but I feel like I get through my day easier somehow. Despite their size, they’re gentle going down. They’ve definitely helped me feel more myself as I go through a phase of life where hormones are chaotic.

I'm not sure how effective this is. I'm actively in the process of trying to lose the holiday weight so thought this could help. I'm not sure that it does since I'm not losing weight but I have also been throwing in sweets. It can't hurt to try. I'm about half way thru the bottle though with no visible results. Not sure if I would recommend this.

The packaging was easy enough to open and easy to read. The smell isn’t strong but do t like the scent of them if you smell them I. The bottle. The ingredients are real and it helped with balancing out my hormones.

No strong gross scent like some supplements have. Great ingredients used in this supplement as well. Have noticed a small difference with use and will buy more to see if results continue since the price is great as well.
