The construction and quality are excellent, but I had to only give it 3 start because while it is gorgeous on a waiflike figure, if you have hips (and I don't mean full figure, we're talking hourglass) and wear skirts on top of that...the flaps don't lay down. I'm also short waisted so it rides too high. I will most likely return it. The only reason I haven't done so yet is because it's so beautiful and I love looking at it. It just doesn't work for my figure.
