I received a shipping bag addressed to me but holding an order for a woman in another state. When I contacted QVC they told me I had to contact tiktok shop. When I contacted tiktok shop through the chat, since you cannot call them, they referred me back to QVC. Finally, I just requested a refund. Their policy says we will refund you total cost "less fees." So I am now paying fees to return shirts I did not order for another woman in another state, for shoes I did not receive. Sorry Rose in Allentown. Looks like you're not getting your cute tops.
