I have never tasted better noodles from a packet in my entire life. I am now addicted to these, officially. Had mine with pork tonight but I feel like you could enjoy them with just about any protein. And the spice level is nice without being punitive. I LOVE them.

These are the tastiest noodles I've ever eaten. They cook quickly so you can have them as a snack or add veggies or tofu to make them more of a meal. I'm just getting ready to reorder them. I'm hooked!!!

I’m genuinely obsessed with how good these noodles are. Fly by Jing completely changed the way I see instant noodles. The texture is perfect, super chewy and never mushy, and the sauces are insane. They’re bold, full of flavor, and definitely spicy, but in the best way possible. You can always add just half of the sauce if you want something milder, and it still tastes incredible. I used to avoid spicy noodles, and now I can’t stop eating these. I’ve got four big boxes stocked in my pantry because the idea of running out makes me panic a little. If you love food with real flavor and a serious kick, these are a must.

This is a mind bendingly good product! I was sure I would enjoy these noodles, but had no idea how incredible they could be. The texture of the noodles reminds me of freshly made hand cut noodles. The flavor balance of the packets when combined is perfect. By itself, these noodles are a treat that I find myself craving every day. Fantastic chew, great flavor — I like to add some torn up rotisserie chicken for protein and the sauces do a great job really making that feel special. I did have 1 packet in my six pack which had leaked badly.

These noodles are so good for a quick and filling lunch. When I first opened a pack I was worried the amount of noodles wouldn't be enough, but they expand so much to be a pretty generous portion. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they have 17g of protein in them from soy so I didn't need to add anything extra to up my protein for the meal. The flavor is amazing - nice a tingly spicy without being over the top. The umami is perfect!
