The first jar of my chili oil is damn near gone! It is amazing! The umami flavor that the fermented black beans bring to it is Stoopid delicious and leaves you craving it on everything. I even tried it on some vanilla malt ice cream with chocolate swirl and there's nothing it doesn't work with. Good thing I ordered two cuzz it looked too good.

I take one scoop of the sweet and spicy zhong sauce and add it to store bought beef or chicken broth and it makes a delicious broth for noodles and veggies.

Loving the new option with my (3) facorite chili crunch oils instead of (2) oils + (1) seasoning! My husband loves the slightly sweeter Zhong sauce, I usually reach for the classic Sichuan Chili Crisp, and we both go crazy for the Chengdu Crunch (mostly straight out of the jar, it's THAT good)

Honestly, I have yet to move on from the chili crisp. Wow. Just. Wow. I grew up in San Diego, but live in houston, and am no virgin to Asian foods, and the wonderful range of flavors and textures of Asian foods. Chili crisp has been a part of my life (in one form or another) for decades. Fly by Jing Chili Crisp is another creature. Such a revelation. I have had it on ice cream (first), dumplings, frozen Amy’s Thai food, and my fingers. It is the perfect addition to everything I the world. Much like Dutch licorice is perfect with (fresh) Heineken, Fly by Jing Chili Crisp is the perfect flavor and texture for people who love food.
