There is a range of different files inside to suit any of your chainsaw sharpening needs.
12 Kit includes 6 round files 5/32(4.0 mm)*2,3/16(4.8 mm)*2,7/32(5.5 mm)*2 and 6 inch flat file, depth gauge, bar slot cleaner, quick check gauge, hardwood handle with protective coating, portable storage bag.
·Place the file guide on the tool.The file should be placed between the tool and the depth gauge.File in one direction.
·Recheck the depth gauge by placing the depth gauge tool on the tool near the midpoint of the chainsaw guide bar and checking the height.
·Note that it is best to check the height after every third or fourth sharpening.
·If the cutter is located above the slot in the depth gauge tool, file it until it is flush with the tool.File the leading edge to a rounded shape.
