I can’t speak for the product itself because I only received a ripped up empty box. TicTok you need to do better! The Rhino USA retractable ratchet straps box should have been shipped in a self sealer envelope instead of shipping box with one strip of tape. I spoke with Rhino’s customer service and she was very nice and empathetic. She informed me that they have spoken to TicTok several times about this issue. She asked if I would contact TicTok and they will address this/my situation on their side. I suggest buying from Rhino USA instead of TicTok. Was a gift for my husband.
