If you have had hard time finding a decent pillow that is all around great for all sleeping positions I’d recommend looking into these . I was fed up having multiple pillows and switching through the night but with just this one I’ve been able to sleep more comfortably. About the size of a regular pillow but definitely more plump to uphold shape but it is not firm as generic pillow . Hasn’t gone flat on me yet and remains cool . In all aspects a win .
