I feel more energized and less sluggish because of these greens or a combination of this and the Magwell (magnesium with zinc and vitamin D). I like the matcha flavor in this, it’s not overwhelming. This can be put in water and be ok to drink. I put it in a half bottle of water and shake shake shake. My daughter does not like it in plain water, and puts it in her protein drink. I just like to put it in water to get-er-done, no fuss.

I've been adding the product to my morning drink and sometimes my night drink. It seems easy on the tummy because I'm super sensitive and haven't had an issue. I'm fine with the flavor, and it mixes up easily. I constantly mix it in a warm drink; I haven't tried it in anything else.

These are great sources of collagen protein. I just started a glp-1 and purchased these to support my skin, joints, bones, and muscles. I like the flavor of the peach mango and adding the flavorless one to coffee. I bought bundle and it came with 2 reusable straws, a wood holder to store them and a brush to clean them. Beyond Brew is very easy to prepare in the morning before leaving for work. I mix mine in with my cold brew coffee and it is a great addition (I use half of my coffee concentrate) and make it in my tumbler.
