I feel more energized and less sluggish because of these greens or a combination of this and the Magwell (magnesium with zinc and vitamin D). I like the matcha flavor in this, it’s not overwhelming. This can be put in water and be ok to drink. I put it in a half bottle of water and shake shake shake. My daughter does not like it in plain water, and puts it in her protein drink. I just like to put it in water to get-er-done, no fuss.

Beyond Brew is very easy to prepare in the morning before leaving for work. I mix mine in with my cold brew coffee and it is a great addition (I use half of my coffee concentrate) and make it in my tumbler.
