I went online to look for some green chili beef jerky just to see if they had it and I remember when I was reading online I believe I read something that said they got their Chili's from New Mexico Well I have relatives in New Mexico and they make the best green and red chili I've ever had in my life so when I seen green chili beef jerky I was excited about trying it So I ordered about four or five bags well when I received the bags the jerky was molded and old like it had not been sealed and stored properly so unfortunately I did not have a good experience.

I have really enjoyed the Green Chile Jerky. It’s the right mix between tough and easy to chew jerky. Every single bag I’ve gotten of this one has been that good!

Purchased this as we had traveled through New Mexico recently and we purchased Hatch Valley Chile jerky which is only available in New Mexico. Jerky arrived, the flavor is good, it just didn't have the profile I was expecting. I had also taken a quiz on the website and I prefer my jerky think and breakable, not soft and thick. This is soft and thick. If that is what you like, great, but I want jerky to be able to break in half.
