This is the best Ghost Pepper jerky I have tried yet. It wasn't overpowering in heat. Just the right amount to be able to taste the other flavor of the jerky. It was perfect in texture. Not too soft and not too chewy. I can't wait to try other flavors of hot peppers! While it could have more ghost pepper in it, I think it is almost perfect!

The spice is powerful but not overbearing, and you can actually taste the pepper without needing to wash it out right away. Also had a nice smokey element. My mouth burned for about 20 minutes. I noticed after I ate a peice I was fully awake. I tried a peice first thing in the morning just to see if it was my imagination and it wasn't, instantly awake and ready to go without a single cup of coffee.

I can barley eat it. Way to hot for me. I thought it was regular black pepper i bet the others are good but this burnt my tongue and gave me acid reflux bad

I love heat and would say my spice tolerance is somewhere between habanero and ghosted pepper so I bought two of each. The heat is great on both and they both have some sweetness to it. The flavor between the two are distinctly different and you can taste the peppers that they’ve used. For the ghost pepper jerky, it had a smokiness to it that the habanero did not. In terms of texture, I prefer my jerkies more on the tender side. I have a cousin that loves tougher jerky. All the bags I received had tender cuts and some average/tougher cuts. I enjoyed both and plan to order more!

This is the best spicy Jerky that I've ever found. Most say hot and spicy and are neither. Ghost Jerky will give your taste buds a kick, I love it. Be careful with the Carolina Reaper, It even makes my nose run.

I got this one with high hopes for heat as a lot of times things marked as ghost pepper still don’t pack a punch. But this did!!! Truthfully, I couldn’t eat more than a piece at a time, but it was still fully enjoyable. Will be ordering more!

The Ghost Pepper jerky was just great and everyone I shared it with could tolerate it as they couldn't deal with the Reaper jerky I almost killed them with. They don't trust me anymore when I ask them if they'd like to try some of my new stuff which means more for me. I will be ordering more of both soon.
