This being a chemical peel, I guess I should have expected the harsh scent, but it is still jarring each time I use this. However, I noticed an almost immediate improvement in my wrinkles, and it's great for acne. I used to use this every other night, alternating with Vit A serum. Now I've swapped to using Vit A most nights and this a couple times a week. It does tingle when I apply but is never uncomfortable.

I genuinely love every other mad hippie product I own, but this one really didn’t work for me. I bought it instead of the vitamin A serum on a whim. The morning after I used it for the first time I had probably the worst breakout I’ve ever had. I stopped using it and my skin calmed down. A week later I tried again, the same thing happened. My skin has never been prone to acne and isn’t typically sensitive. I’ve used the vitamin A serum for 2 years and never had a problem. I’ll definitely be switching back.

I'm in my late 40s and I've used very expensive products for many years. I recently tried Mad Hippie because I was trying to find more affordable options. I'm sorry I didn't start using them years ago. So much wasted money when I'm getting better results now. My skin is so clear and smooth and it's really evened out my complexion. I've used other Mad Hippie products, including the Vitamin C serum, eye cream and face cream and like them. Our sales rep recommended this product for dark spots and fine lines and gave me a sample to try. After just one use my face and neck broke out in a bad rash with severe itching and puffy eyes. I discontinued use immediately but it is taking days to clear up; now it's red and rough and peeling. I should stress that I haven't changed my face care routine or my diet - I eat certified organic, don't use household or outdoor chemicals; I'm a certified organic farmer and work in a natural products store that is an authorized Mad Hippie retailer. I'm afraid the glycolic acid is too strong for my sensitive skin.

Absolutely LOVE the feel of my face as I’m laying in bed in the morning, feeling the difference from the night before!!! A new firmness.... I follow it with their also amazing face cream, non greasy and fast absorption. I always , like LoL soap my face, with fingertips, until absorbed . It also increases that much needed circulation. I literally felt like I had tapped away the #11 lines in between my eyes!!! 2 days of use! Honestly! I also love the “Mixology “..... 15 highly active ingredients that don't irritate my skin and make looking in the mirror in am just delightful . The serum exfoliates so gently that I never have dry , flaky , red skin. Not only has it lightened dark spots it also seems to heal any blemishes I had . My skin looks so smooth and even toned . I love that it absorbs fast and no greasy feel afterwards . The crinkles around my eyes and lips have softened . I love that this bedtime serum imparts so many benefits in one easy step.

I am addicted to almost the entire line. I had never used an "exfoliant" that didn't have little shards of something in it to exfoliate the top layer of skin. After two months of use I am a firm believer that skin care products don't have to be harsh to work! So light it absorbs quickly and leaves my face feeling fantastic.
