Grade 4 beginners or people who are gym rats and just have been out of the gym for a while. It’s obviously lightweight, but it does go up to a decent amount which means you’ll be able to do your dumbbell squats, squats, your hip thrusts and it will last your arms through your whole journey, especially if you’re a woman.
