Grade 4 beginners or people who are gym rats and just have been out of the gym for a while. It’s obviously lightweight, but it does go up to a decent amount which means you’ll be able to do your dumbbell squats, squats, your hip thrusts and it will last your arms through your whole journey, especially if you’re a woman. You may have to get something a little bit heavier for progressive overload for your legs, but this is a great starter and will get you in great shape. It is not made great and safe to have in a kid home. It looks decent and best thing it helps me get it in with kids home!
