Love love love this board! arrived in less than a week, comes with the ropes, some pushups handles, a cushion board, the board itself and some handles! Working out on this board makes you feel the burn for sure. add some weights and resistance band to your workouts! definitely recommended

You get what you pay for. I weigh 190 and it can barely hold my weight, there was an uneven edge where the ab slider rolls which meant it would completely stop in the middle of the board. I had to use a small file to make the edges even. The elastics have very limited stretch, only to my shoulders.

Sturdy and does what it is made for. Had to use it on top of a yoga mat and the resistance was okay, I think it’s a great beginner piece Update: used it and on the first try, not even 5 minutes in, a piece on the track fell off and there’s no way for me to put it back, so one side barely works now
