The item arrived broken and it leaked in the box. It wasn’t in a plastic bag or covering. It was loose in the box. The box it came in was soiled with the product. I could smell the product on the outside of the box and it was very strong. I reached out to the seller but I haven’t heard anything back

I’m giving one star because when I received my box it was wet from the product leaking out. Instead of them replacing my items they want me to go to the post office and send back almost empty bottles just to recieve a replacement item. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Let me start off by saying I Love this product. So I opened up my box 📦 to find out it was leaking all over the inside of the box. I never had this to happen to me. I don’t see the lil nozzle anywhere 🤔The smell was very strong 💪it I love that. But I open it to see this.

The reason I’m giving you a two rating the bottle or should I say the top of the bottle is cracked and half of The liquid that was in the bottle has spilled completely out inside the box. Is there anyway you can send me another one?

I bright this to make my own loc spray but was using it before and so good if your looking to keep the moisture in your hair which is exactly what I needed for my 3C teenage locs. I noticed my hair budding quicker once I started using the rosemary water.
