I looked at Home depot, walmart (online) and other retailers, online including ebay. It isn't cheaper anywhere else. The cord is a great cord and I finished using the entire roll. Going to buy more. Buy the 500 ft roll. I'm doing the entire yard (with the vampire plugs) and much easier and better than extension cords. The power extension cord has three plugs at the end and I only use one or two and that is a place where rain can get in and cause shorts. The vampire plugs can eliminate that and also put where you need them.
