These are pretty tasty. They have a crunchy and a soft part. They are pretty high in carbs though, at around 24g. And the calories are high too at 250kcal. The bar provides 18-19g of protein, but the orange one is a small portion at 9g only. I probably won't order again because of the higher carbs and calories, but it's a good taste if you aren't on a weight loss journey. The wake & focus bars have guarana and caffeine, but you can’t find how much anywhere on the package or online. I’m sensitive to caffeine, so I’m scared to eat those without knowing how much is in there.
