I've ALWAYS had very weak lungs as a child due to asthma. This device is great. Its very simple to use and even comes with 2 separate mouth pieces and a cleaning brush. Comes with a little bag to put everything in, too. After a week I have already noticed an improvement in my lungs - 1 weight for t seconds to now 10 seconds.
