Q:The water have a bad taste

·The cold water reservoir is made of ABS and the water tubes are made of silicone. It may have a plastic taste

·Please clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it with no water source attached after the citrus solution.

Q:Does it have a self-cleaning function

·Yes, please turn off the machine and then press and hold the ice-making button to activate the self-cleaning function

Q:It doesn't keep ice cold

·The machine doesn't keep ice frozen. If you leave it on, it will get a full bin and shut off .
