How to Use IKT Water Cooler Built-in Ice Maker

·When you plug it in , the power indicator light will be on

·Press the Cold button shortly, the cold water indicator will keep blinking . When the water reaches temperature the cold water indicator will stay on. If you want to turn off the cooling water function, Press the Cold button, the indicator is off, that means the cold water function is off. When you need to get a cup of cold water, please press the Water Fill button.

·Press the Ice Making buttom, the ice making indicator will keep blinking. When the bin is full with ice cubes, the ice making indicator will stay on. If you want to turn off the ice making function, please press the ice making button, the indicator will be off. When you need the ice cube, press the Ice Fill button.

·If you need Room-temperature water, please do not turn on the cooling function. Just press the Water Fill button and you will get a cup of room-temperature water.

Q：The machine was damaged.

A：Please send photos of damaged water cooler and shipping label to us and we will send a replacement

Q：The machine doesn't keep ice frozen.

A：It doesn't keep ice cold. Please transfer the ice to the freezer for further use. If you leave it on, it will get a full bin and shut off . Then as the ice melts, it makes more.

Q：The water has a plastic taste.

A：As with most new appliances such as water cooler and coffee makers, there is often a plastic taste upon initial start-up of the unit. To remove this taste ,please clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it with no water source attached after the citrus solution.
