·The cold water reservoir is made of ABS and the water tubes are made of silicone. It may have a plastic taste

·Please clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it with no water source attached after the citrus solution.

·Yes, please turn off the machine and then press and hold the ice-making button for 3 seconds to activate the self-cleaning function

·No, if you leave it on, it will get a full bin and shut off . Then as the ice melts, it makes more.
