El frasco es de buen tamaño para poder notar cambios. Aún que he visto que otros productos recomiendan tomar 2 o tres pastillas al día. Este es tomar 4 pastillas para que hagan sus cuentas en cuanto a la distribución del tiempo que van a tomarlo ya que este producto tiene 240 para 2 meses.

I decided to leave my review after trying these pills for a whole month, I finished the bottle a few days ago. To be honest I didn’t see much of a difference, the only positive thing is that I did saw signs of my period after not having any of them for the past 6 months. They are easy to swallow :)

Easy to mix into your drink, mixes very well and does not leave a grainy feeling or any after taste. Been using it for almost 3 weeks, I didn't think it was going to be enough comparing the size of the container to a 12oz bottle of Gatorade but it's been quite nice being able to take it traveling with me without worrying about the size of the container. I bought this for my PCOS & I definitely feel a difference in my moods, see my hair on my face slowing down and hopefully will get my period soon.
