Tried it out for the first time last night and omg! This thing works wonders. After a night out and only 3 hours of sleep, I woke up wide awake, no jitters and was not dehydrated at all. This works 1000% better than the activated charcoal pills I was used to take. I highly recommend.

*First a reminder that this product is not for you to go and get wasted* but when you want to have more than a drink once you’re over 30, this does prevent the next day headache and nausea. I wake up feeling better and more well rested than days I didn’t have alcohol the day before. If it weren’t for the price tag I’d take some everyday with how great it makes me feel

I’d say it helps. Sleeps not quite as good, but I don’t get nauseous the day after which was my main goal. And I suppose I bought 2 more so at bare minimum I think it helped enough I am now a repeat customer (I also hate how lukewarm I am, but I’m just not sure yet if it’s worth the price)
