The steps collapsed under SLIGHT pressure. They weren’t even screwed or nailed together. The MDF board just fell off in between the steps, and the steps just fell apart.

It seems well-made and I appreciate that it is much more aesthetically pleasing the most dog stairs! Our 12 year old dog initially hated it and jumped straight over it 😅. With some treats she’s starting to get used to it.

Love this! The 21” is 21” when open as stairs at the tallest point, put together it’s actually a little bit taller. I assumed it would be the other way around. But I still love it.

Really disappointed in the poor quality of this item. My dog used it successfully 6 times before the hollow cardboard stairs collapsed. Nothing but staples everywhere when you first open it up that's all you see. I will have to invest almost as much as I spent try and fix it. 70lb dog

Arrived broken. The legs are packaged inside the folded up stairs so any pressure on the package during shipment caused the steps to collapse.

I bought this for my very large elderly cat. He used it for the first time yesterday and it worked perfectly. My bed is high and the ramp is only about 5” lower so it’s easy for him to hop up. Glad I bought it.

Extremely cheap material and broke very shortly after we started using it for my 40 lbs dog. The stairs collapsed in on themselves and there are staples and raw material shooting out from the steps. Very unsafe and poor quality.
