Service department was excellent and after looking at my photos they even said that I could return the hitch if it did not fit. My receiver was damaged and oval when it should be round but I was able to squeeze it back to round using vice and test fitting into the newly received hitch pin. works like a charm and able to use the carrier. Hitch pin is good quality with heavy duty welds and thick coating of paint over entire hitch.

Item was very easy to find by website search. We had purchased a child bike trailer off of the Facebook marketplace. We had not yet purchased the bikes we wanted at that time, but when we got our bikes and I went to hook up the trailer I had found that this piece was not included with the trailer.
