Packaging was awful. This is my second purchase of this, but this time it came so destroyed that the powder had come out of the packets, it’s all over the sachets and the box and inside the package. It was fairly pricey and I lost about half because they were opened.

Effectiveness: It’s day three and I’ve noticed better energy and overall wellness. As a teacher, I start at 6:45 and often don’t eat until mid-afternoon due to a nonstop schedule and student needs. I stay hydrated but know I need calories earlier, so I’m adding protein where I can. This has helped so far. It reminds me of adding Jell-O powder to water during pregnancy. Raspberry tastes great, though it’s a bit grainy. I gave it 4/5—packaging is too big to fit in the mouth of a disposable water bottle, it’s pricey, and it doesn’t mix well.

I personally don’t like how it tastes. I’m trying to drink it but having a hard time drinking this one down. I will not be getting again. I think it tastes too artificial for my liking. I mixed it with about 16 oz of water. You definitely need to drink it cold.
