I received my packages at 9:45 at night. A single piece of tape holding my packages together. The box was clearly empty of the Soothefy mask I ordered for my wife. And you could see my packages had been opened. I’m looking for them to send me another mask or refund my money. I have never gotten an order that was not boxed up. Everyone could see what you’re getting delivered to your house. And you can tell my address sticker had been peeled off one box and put right on the Soothefy box. Someone is clearly stealing the items out of packages and taping them back up…

It has the right amount of pressure and it came cold so I was able to alleviate the headache I had when it arrived. It also arrived 3 days earlier than expected. It came in a nice little black bag and I'm able to still put my glasses on if I flip it up. The quality is also well done. I recommend.

OMG This really works & fast. I woke up with eyes and face swollen and an excruciating migraine. Within 10 minutes swelling hand gone down and migraine was gone. It’s comfy and the pressure from the mask was soothing.

This has very soft fabric and is very gentle on your skin. The gel is nice and thick, so it keeps the mask cold for a long time. It has nice compression and stretch to it, so it's effective and comfortable. I love the attached eye mask that can be flipped up and down as needed. It has a nice design and quality and comes in a box so it could make an excellent gift too.

The word "Soothefy" on the box is no joke. I love this migraine relief cap! It's made of a heavy type of gel and has a soft fabric coat. The moment you put it on your head, you can feel the cool pressure all over. When you need to see, you simply lift the "visor" so you can keep the rest of it on. Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first about how much this cap would help with headaches but that was before I tried it. It's SO GOOD and SO SOOTHING! The gel is cool on its own so I didn't even need to keep it in the freezer first but you can freeze it for a while if you want it even colder. The amount of pressure with the weight is just right—not too little and not too much. It comes in a nice box with a sliding 'drawer' so would also make a great gift. If you have migraines, this is worth it!
