I love how simple this product was to set up! You out the included batteries into the remote, plug it in, and press the on button on the remote twice and you're good to go! I put mine in front of my bathroom sink so I use it for 10 minutes while I do my morning routine and again for the preset 10 minutes during my night routine! I leave it sitting there but it is compact enough to slide under your bed or lean it against a wall behind or on the side of furniture. I've had it for about a week and I love it! If you're on the fence about trying one, let this be your sign to go for it!

WOW! I love how fast the shipping was. It came the next day. I love how lightweight and sturdy it is. Walking was very comfortable in socks didn’t feel it too warm. the color is beautiful i got white with a dash of pink. overall very impressed.

I put it together by myself. It is very sturdy. Nice and easy to use with good movement and range. It's very easy to adjust the seat and handle bar.

I’m really enjoying this Vibration plate. It is exactly as described and easy to set up. I feel like it definitely helps with digestion. Haven’t noticed any difference with lymphatic drainage just yet. A negative-the rubber on the foot massager comes off very easily and is difficult to put back on.

Wow me llegó en dos días el producto, se mira que no es lo suficiente pero en cuanto vas haciendo ejercicio vas tratando la máquina te vas ejercitando vas sudando te vas tonificando tu cuerpo, wow la verdad lo súper recomiendo no pesa se puede guardar en cualquier sitio, el tamaño está bien, las ligas súper bien, fácil de tratar me gustó mucho y más la chica que enseña el producto lo hacer ver manejable fácilmente me gustó mucho 👍👍👍👍👍👍

9/10. Isn’t too noisy, although set up was a bit confusing but not horrible! Definitely will target your lower abdomen and get rid of that pooch! Can’t wait to use consistently and add into my home gym. 🌟
