it’s great, the two pieces on the handle can test my heart rate. I was worry about noise because this is my first one, but it’s so quiet and stable. The reason I only give 4 stars not 5 because one of the screw under the right handle not able to tight it. Also the screen protector has air inside.

Addendum: I have since received my partial refund. Received damages right support bar. I did receive a replacement part slightly damaged, but usable. I was supposed to receive a partial refund of $50. It well past 30 days and I have not received it. The treadmill works. It doesn’t incline as high as advertised. I’m disappointed.

I am very pleased with this treadmill, shipping was very quick, and assembly was relatively easy. However, upon opening I noticed a crack in the based of the treadmill and one of the bars where the face plate goes was bent which made it difficult to get the screw in. The treadmill runs beautifully.

This is by far one of the best purchases ive ever made. It was only $500 and some change and its the best. Very easy setup, perfect people less than 300 pounds, great for people 6ft+, 15 incline, and very useful. Ive been using this for the past week and me and my family cant stop using it.

So far, I love it. It’s bigger than I expected (I’m 5 ft for reference) and definitely larger than a typical walking pad. It was very easy to assemble, easy to move around, and overall, for the price, it’s a great option.
