CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE CUPS!!!! 📌SAVE THIS RECIPE Recipe by @Curtis | Keto Recipe Creator  As I was walking through @costco I came across @jarjoydesserts peanut butter chocolate cups and decided to make my own version of them WITH PROTEIN!  These were so delicious and I finally got a chance to use my mini cups with the spoons (I call that a win win) What I used: BOTTOM BROWNIE LAYER: 1 bag @eklbaked brownie chip lowcarb granola (check them out - I do have a discount for them 🔗🌲) PEANUT BUTTER LAYER 4 heaping Tbsp @prozisusa chunky peanut butter  4 heaping Tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt  2 scoops @marigoldfoodstx grass fed peanut butter whey isolate (discount also in 🔗🌲) 1/2 - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (to loosen things up)  1-2 Tbsp @swervesweetie sugar substitute  CHOCOLATE LAYER 1 bag @ross_chocolates dark chocolate baking chips 1 Tbsp coconut oil  2 scoops @marigoldfoodstx rich chocolate malt protein powder  1-2 Tbsp sugar substitute  How to assemble: In your food processor pulse your granola a few times and spoon into the bottom of your cup. In a bowl add your peanut butter, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener and almond milk and mix until well combined. Then add on top of the granola. Next, in a bowl add your baking chips and coconut oil and place in the microwave and melt until smooth. Then you'll add in your protein powder and sweetener and mix until well combined. PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH BITES Recipe by @feed.your.soul.sari  You know that feeling when you find a food that you keep eating on repeat because you’re so obsessed with it? Yeah, these are it.  I have made these probably 3 x in the past 2 weeks, and my husband and I just can’t get enough of them. Think rice crispies treat meets Reese’s cup. Those are the vibes! Recipe below ⬇️  #recipe details -1/2 cup creamy peanut butter  -1/2 cup cereal or granola (I used @threewishes ) -1/4 cup raw honey  -1 scoop @marigoldfoodstx peanut butter collagen (use code SARI for a discount) -1 tbsp coconut oil  -melted chocolate + peanuts to top Method: in a food processor, blend all ingredients until a thick dough forms. Make cupcakes according to box. Add in 2 scoops of peanut butter collagen to batter. Spoon batter into muffin tins and place 1-2 frozen raspberries in each middle. Top the raspberries with remaining batter. Bake 18-23 min, until firm! For icing - mix 2 scoops of pb collagen with water.
