Protein PB&J Cookies Recipe by @Eatswithdeedee  This one is super easy to make and so yummy! It requires only a few ingredients and no flour. You can make this sugar free and even has extra protein! PB&J Swirl Cookies 1 C Peanut butter  1 Egg 1/2 C Powdered sweetener 1/4 C Vanilla protein powder @marigoldfoodstx  1 TSP Vanilla extract  Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together until a dough forms. Roll dough into balls and slightly press them down on a parchment lined baking sheet. I made jumbo cookies and got 8, you can do regular sized cookies and get 12. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until edges of cookies are set. I decided to make a quick batch of chocolate chip cookies and they turned out great. The dough also freezes well so you can freeze the dough balls and pull out a few to bake when you’re feeling like it! Here’s the recipe  ½ cup butter, softened 2 eggs ¼ c granulated sweetener  ¼ c brown sweetener 1 tbsp vanilla extract  1 ½ cups almond flour ½ cup vanilla protein powder @marigoldfoodstx  1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ c sugar free chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Mix together butter and sweetener until combined, then add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Add in all dry ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula or spoon until almost combined. Here’s how I made this  1 c greek yogurt  1 tbsp sf cheesecake pudding mix 1 scoop vanilla protein powder @marigoldfoodstx  Mix together until smooth and refrigerate  When ready to serve add 1/3 c sf apple pie filling. 3 (OR 4) INGREDIENT PUMPKIN BREAD We're back with another protein packed dessert that's perfect for the fall season. Ingredients: 2 boxes keto yellow cake mix (using @Duncan Hines ) 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree 2-4 servings @MariGold Foods TX creamy vanilla protein powder 1 large egg Seasoning: pumpkin spice (since there isn't a keto box spice cake mix, made my own)  Optional: allulose (to sprinkle on top)  Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. I happened to have silicone mini loaf pan.  In a large bowl, sift together the cake mix and protein powder. Then add in your egg, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree. Stir until the batter is smooth and well combined.  Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving. If you watched my last video you know how to make your protein cream cheese, add it to the top of your pumpkin bread.
