When the groove add-on is chosen, two grooves will be incorporated into each shelf. These grooves will be positioned 1 inch away from the outside edge on both sides of the shelf.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping Details: Once orders leave the Flat Pack Displays warehouse, they are beyond our responsibility. In-stock items are set to ship within 5 - 7 business days, barring high volume periods. This timeline is subject to alteration. As we cannot modify orders once placed, please verify your shipping information and order details carefully.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement. After this window, the order becomes firm, engaging both time and resources.
Return Guidelines: Flat Pack Displays accepts returns, strictly under the following conditions:
·Contact with customer support occurs within 24 hours of delivery.
·The products exhibit no signs of use at shows or events.
·Prior acceptance by Flat Pack Displays is required for all returns.
·Items must be shipped back with a label provided by the customer; Flat Pack Displays does not supply return labels or boxes.
·Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned items.
