This is the second order from QVC that does not come in an actual box. My order is completely shattered. Glass was packaged in a regular shipping box, which is absolutely unacceptable. The items aren't even individually wrapped. How does one package that and think "yep, that will do." Absolutely not. I want a replacement of the item that I purchased at the price that I paid. I could hear the shattered glass through the box before I even opened it.

Perfect winter hat! I love how warm this hat is. It is very furry inside. Only issue is I am not sure if it am supposed to wear it rolled up or how it comes, because it is actually pretty big and covers most of my face if I don't roll the ends up at least in the front. Either way it is a very nice soft faux fur fabric that keeps you very warm. If you have a very small head this hat probably isn't going to be a good fit for you unless the small size is in stock.
