I’ve noticed the item wasn’t working as it was described. When I tried to get a refund for the defective item, the seller reached out and asked if I wanted a replacement which I declined. The seller still sent a replacement despite me declining the offer.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but without trying it the equipment is damaged. I did not use a knife to open anything but there appears to be slices on the handles. Otherwise it seems decent, I did a few steps on it and all seems to be in working order.

I was looking forward to using this product since I’m a work from home and SAHM to get a workout in and also came in fast. The steps go down but won’t go up, the screws look like they are super glued in, you can visibly see rust, and the welding of the metal is horrible.

Delivery was really fast and it’s so easy to assemble it took 30-60 seconds. I love it omg it’s no joke it really feels like I’m at the gym! After 2 mins I was already tired. I have arthritis in my knees and it’s really good on the knees.I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Superglue screws + painted over. Customer service sucks and refuses to send refund or replacement. They want personal information just to send info that can be sent on msgs. Defective and useless. You can use things like gallons of milk, and that is more effective than any of their equipment.

Need to do quality checks before shipping!! I mean an extra set of tension ropes is nice but I would've preferred the essential adjustable knob and the foot covers so it would stay in place and not slide and scratch up my floor!!

It’s small and light weight but gives a nice work out and the resistance bands are a really nice touch to give a pretty full work out , only complaint is the counter doesn’t always track your steps correctly so I would recommend having another way to count your steps if you want to keep track. 10/10

Yall… I feel this stepper all in my glutes & roots! It was only $40 WITH resistance tubes. For the price it’s heavy duty & so helpful for me. And it’s adjustable. Just go buy it! ❤️

It’s not as durable as I’d like. The chain/ pulley comes off easily. But it is good for a little light movement. It didn’t come with instructions and the QR code for instructions doesn’t include this product. It’s a good price but probably won’t last too long. I’ll try to figure it out a bit more
