A thin hairline cursor zeroes-out the jig to the blade teeth, then sets it to precise cutting widths using either imperial or metric scales. The jig's expanding miter slot bar fits standard 3/4'' x 3/8'' miter slots and locks securely with an Easy-to-Grip Four Star Knob. The other knob controls the jig's width of cut. Dual ball bearings provide a smooth, supportive contact surface when feeding a board against the jig and rip fence during cutting. Two mounting options for the miter slot bar adapt the jig to a wide range of saw models.
