I’m 5’8 215lb and it fits great! i only have worn it on the 1st row and it took me a little effort to put on but once it’s on it’s comfortable and breathable while still having good compression. would highly recommend.

It was a lil hard to put on ngl, had me thinking if I should have ordered a small but it fits well and it looks amazing. It snatches me up, it’s comfortable & long 11/10

Its good its cute and it does help suck u in, everything but the sizer and straps are good quality though, the zipper is really like fligy like the quality was not that good and it was hard to use and then the strap, one came broken and it feels really cheap i had to sew the broken strap together.

I am 5’6 and 140 lbs. The small is a tight fit, very snug. I have slight shape to myself, but if you are around the same measurements with no shape I’d go for the medium, I can only wear it for about 4 hours before it starts putting me in a little bit of pain, but very comfortable, 10/10 worth the $

Absolutely love this waist shaper. Its super comfortable and holds everything in. I had gastric bypass one year ago and needed a new shaper. The quality and material are great and shipping was fast. I do have spillage but its not the products fault its my skin. I did need help with the zipper tho.
