If you cannot answer calls while driving after using the product, please do the following:

·1. If the issue is caused by a phone upgrade, please restore your network settings.

·2. Check if your phone's driving mode is enabled. If so, please disable it.

·To disable Car Driving Mode: Set Focus Mode: Upgrade to iOS 18 or later. In iOS settings, find Focus Mode and edit Driving Mode. Set notifications to "Allow the following notifications," freely add contacts, change the phone number to "Contacts Only," and enable "Allow repeat calls." At the bottom of the Driving Focus Mode menu, in the Automatic Opening section, enable "Automatically activate when connected to CarPlay."
