Really good for spice. I only put 1 drop, and it kind of got my mouth burning a bit, but not a terrible burn. I don't think I can handle more than 3-4 drops, though I'm going to try out 7. If you want spicy, this is what you're looking for, haha. The challenge here says to do 7 drops! Wow
