Wallet is beautiful and my only issue is the credit card slot is not securing my cards. The cards are able to slightly slide out when all the way inserted which is concerning with only 10 months of use. Not sure if I need to do something different with the chamber to prevent this.

I purchased an Ekster Wallet with Finder Card. The wallet was great at the onset and I am enjoying using it. I also purchased a Finder Card which only worked a few days, and when I contacted Ekster Customer Support, they immediately replaced it and that replacement was also defective. The customer service agent, "Maia" was tremendous in making sure that situation resolved quickly and could not have been more informative. I was so impressed, I purchased another wallet recently. Ekster products and service are highly recommended.

The wallet worked fine until 9 months in when the mechanism that pushes the card out failed. I expected a longer lifespan than 9 months for an expensive wallet like this.

Been through a few and still disliked the size or was too minimalist. This finds the right balance of cards and cash carry. I can finally stop using the card carriers on my phone.

Had a pretty good run with this wallet. But it's broken now. The eject button still presses, but the actual cartridge no longer pushes the cards up. Unfortunate. I liked it a lot. Used it multiple times a day since it arrived.

Had to email them because of craftsmanship issue with glue and the money band. Filed the warranty and never got a response until I emailed support to see what the status was. They did send me a replacement wallet, but it didn’t feel like they really wanted to. They tried to get me to buy a new one. I won’t be buying any other products from this company.

I haven’t owned the Ekster Wallet for a year yet and it looks like I’ve owned it for several years. It has noticeable scuff marks on it and for the life of me I don’t know why or how. It’s not even my primary wallet, and a majority of the time it’s in my bag. I fell for the marketing of some prolific credit card YouTubers and bought into an overpriced product. Lesson learned.
